     Shipping:

    We will do our best to ship your order same day if the order is placed before 12pm C.S.T. Otherwise the order will ship next business day. We ship Mon – Fridays. Special order and/or Custom orders generally take 4-6 business days. In the event of a delay, you will be notified immediately via phone or email.

    Expedited orders placed by 10:00 A.M. CST M-F will ship the same day. Expedited orders placed after 10:00 A.M. CST will ship the following business day.

    If you need your order delivered by a certain date, please select 3rd, 2nd or Next Day air. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for shipments that are sent via Free Shipping or Ground. While Free shipping usually means Ground, for heavy or large items we reserve the right to drop ship from the factory in order to reduce shipping costs to us. We do this so that you can get great value in shipping (Free!). If you'd like us to ship out of our stock, please select and pay for a guaranteed delivery method.

    Most of the orders will ship from our Distribution Center in Chicago, IL. We have the capability to ship from the manufacture as well. We will determine where your order is shipped from depending on where the order is going. We want the customer to receive the order in the timeliest manner. If your order is going to California and there is a warehouse in California, we will ship from there instead of IL.

    If the order ships from our Distribution Center, West Coast is roughly 5 business days UPS Ground and East Coast is 3-4 business days.

    We ship using UPS to all US addresses except Alaska and Hawaii. UPS affords both our customers and us tracking and insurance on your order. Please provide a full street address for shipping. UPS will NOT ship to PO Boxes.

    Due to shipping constraints - We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

     

    Returns:

    Please allow 7-10 business days for returns to be inspected and credited once received.

    There is a 25% restock fee on all items that are returned. Customer is responsible for return freight and will not be refunded original outgoing freight charges unless item is defective or damaged during original outgoing shipment.

    When am I charged for a backordered item? I have been informed that the item I ordered is on backorder yet I have already been charged. Why?

    • Our payment process is entirely automated. When an order is submitted the payment is processed immediately.
    • We do not store credit card info and would have no way of charging a customer in the future.
    • Please note that when an item is on backorder it will be delivered as soon as possible. Bolts, Nuts, and Tools will do everything in our power to expedite the process.

    If at any point you decide that you no longer wish to wait simply let us know and we will be happy to submit an immediate and full refund, as long as the item has not already shipped.

    Occasionally products are discontinued by manufacturers with little or no notice. In the event that there is an order for only the discontinued item, we will cancel the order. If there is an order that contains additional products, we will contact the customer with options of canceling the one item or the entire order.

    Once we submit a refund request, the transaction may take five to eight business days to post to your account based on your credit card company. If the transaction still has not posted after this time, please contact your card provider to verify the posting date.
